It is morning in France as my plane lands in Paris. I now have an 8 hour layover and a transfer to a different airport to get to Lourdes.  In hindsight, I should have taken the train as it would have dropped me off across the street of my hotel.  As I take a taxi from the airport to Lourdes, it is a longer than normal taxi ride as there was an accident on the main rode to Lourdes.  I finally arrived at my hotel around 6:30 pm.  I checked in and got a quick bite to eat and then headed to bed as I have been up over 24 hours.
